  • If the salon cancels the booking or is unable to deliver the service.
  • No cancellation fees or deductions will apply in these cases to ensure fairness and transparency.

2. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are usually processed immediately after cancellation and returned to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • In rare situations, processing may take up to 7 working days.
  • Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.

3. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds are made to the original source of payment (UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking).
  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email with transaction details.
