conditions:
If the customer cancels their booking before the scheduled appointment time.
If the salon cancels the booking or is unable to deliver the service.
No cancellation fees or deductions will apply in these cases to ensure fairness and
transparency.
2. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are usually processed immediately after cancellation and returned to your
original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take
3–5 business
days
for the refund to appear in your account.
In rare situations, processing may take up to 7 working days.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.
3. Mode of Refund
Refunds are made to the original source of payment (UPI, debit/credit card, or net
banking).
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email with transaction
details.
